Pinterest Pin It Bookmarklet for iPad

I don’t own an iPad but I was talking at lunch with friends and they were all very frustrated that Pinterest doesn’t have an iPad app and there is no easy way to “pin” without a ton of tedious steps.

hack Firefox address bar for keyword search

I know that the browser is set up to do that for you, but what if you want to change it to another search provider? That’s what happen to me. I didn’t want to use the air miles search engine anymore and had to find a way to change it back to google.

This is where the nerds I know come in handy.

Techies: Click the link and follow the instructions.

  2. Click the “I’ll be careful, I promise!” button
  3. in the search type: keyword.URL
  4. under the “Value” column double click the url
  5. paste one of the search engine urls below
